All salt bags contain 12 oz of herbal salt blend and 1 Muslin herb bag.
HOW IT WORKS

Place 2-3 tablespoons of salt blend in Muslin herb bag.

Place in warm bath water, allow salts to dissolve and herbs to soak.

Remove Muslin bag and discard contents Muslin bag can be rinsed and reused.

Allow your body to soak minimum of 30 mins or more, drink 8 oz of water directly after bath to flush out toxins.
