Holiday Extended Returns
It's the Holiday Seasons and we know that most of you will be shopping ahead of time! We want to ensure that all your family and friends love their neutrals as much you want them to! For this reason we have extend our Holiday Return window.
For all purchases made between 11/01/20 and 12/25/20, we are happy to accept eligible returns for store credit until 01/25/21.
Our normal refund policy will apply to all purchases made beginning 12/26/20.

We want you to love your new neutral and are happy to accept eligible returns for Store Credit. At this time we are not offering refunds or exchanges. Store credits can be used on any items except accessories.
To be eligible for a return the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Must be in original condition
- Have no evidence of wear
- Should not have been washed
- Should have an intact Love + Neutrals hang tag
- ALL PINK & BLACK FRIDAY SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- Gift Cards
- Accessories (Inclusive of Hair Accessories)
- Bathing Suits
- Intimate Wear
- Sale Items over 25% Off
- Any Items Purchased with a Store Credit
Please note all returns must be received by us within 14 days of your order being delivered. Kindly keep in mind that shipping time is included within this time frame. Any orders shipped or received after the 14 day return period will be denied a return and returned-to-sender. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item(s). Love + Neutrals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for recovery help.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed in the original purchase amount of your item excluding any shipping, taxes and/or discounts used. Once processed, you will receive a second email with your store credit code.
We take so much care to quality check each and every one of our pieces by hand. But should any item arrive damaged, it must be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Ready to begin your return. Use our contact us form to send us a message with your name, order number and item(s) you would like to return. We will contact you within 24-48 hours with your Love + Neutrals in-package return slip.
Once you are ready to ship your return, simply pack your item(s) safely with Love + Neutrals in-package return slip and ship to:

Want to drop off your return instead of shipping it let us know when you plan to come by calling us at (786)667-0021 to ensure we are there to accept the return.
Love + Neutrals reserves the right to deny a return if a customer has returned merchandise more than 4 times within a year.
Thank you for supporting my small business. We ship out of Miami, FL and all orders ship via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail. At the moment, we are currently only shipping within the United States.
All orders via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail are free within the continental United States! Please note this option does not always have a tracking number with insurance and we are not responsible for lost packages.
USPS Priority Mail Express option also available at checkout for additional rates.
Since we are a small team, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Most orders will be processed same day if ordered by 2:00PM EST Monday-Friday.
Love and Neutrals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows that the package has been delivered. On the occasion that you have not received your package but your tracking number shows delivered, please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of the package. (Expert advice: sometimes USPS says it’s been delivered but it has yet to be, try giving it another business day before calling.)
Local Hand Delivery
Need your neutral right away and live in the Miami area? Select Hand Delivery at Checkout and have it delivered to your home or office.
We now offer free local delivery within a 10 mile radius of 33165. Option will automatically populate at check out if available for your area. Please include additional shipping addresses or special delivery instructions at checkout (gate code, company name, floor, drop location, etc.).
Orders are typically ready within 24 hours of purchase. We offer Hand Delivery based on availability after 4:30PM, Monday-Friday.
Please contact us should you need an urgent delivery and we will do our best to accommodate.
All hand deliveries will be made by 9:00PM on day of delivery and an alert will be sent once delivery is en route.
Please note all local deliveries are to be hand delivered to ensure there are not any lost items. We are happy to provide contactless delivery and we will leave your package at the door if not home. Love and Neutrals is not responsible for lost or stolen items if left unattended.
